Hey Everyone! I thought I'd show you some of the exercises I do that work for me! I don't know if they'd work for anyone else but it's worth a try.
A few of these I got from KickBoxing and I noticed a difference in like 3 days..
With this exercise you just punch left and right.. I noticed it slimed my mid-section.
LMFAO this is a trick shot.. I had to hold the camera but anyhow.. just do those it flattens your tummy quite quickly for me atleast..
I love this exercise after like 10 I start feeling my muscles tighten.. I do this after about 100 crunches and 10 of the one before that this one.
That's all I do.. every day plus a walk/sprint..
